You will come out of the box, leave the head space, move away from rushing thoughts to simply round back into your body wisdom, joy and calm - where you will feel truly reconnected, at home and where you can enjoy that wonderful sense of arrival.

~ Earthly & grounding ~  You will expand and open for a new Beginning, land back in your body with Yoga and Embodiment Practice - Monika Ferenz - Holistic Wellness

~ Fire energy ~  Come out of your comfort zone where the ultimate growth happens with this amazing high intensity Hiit Bootcamp workout. You will build strength and surprise yourself on many levels - with Cecilia Nasarre (from France)

~ Water ~ Relax and let go, melt into SPA time and get nourished with delicious home cooked lunch and intense 1:1 holistic massage sessions (limited spaces)

~ Air ~  Round and relax into a new quality of being with Gentle Qi Gong by Karyel Keene (from Panama) - “We'll breathe and flow together to end this magical day and go home deeply rooted in our centre.”

You are here in this body and mind one time, so get as close to yourself as possible and maximise that relationship! 

The only way to do that is through really hard truth with yourself and vulnerability withe someone else.

11.45 - 12.45 ~ HiiT Bootcamp Workout with Cecilia

13.00 ~ Uplifting home-cooked lunch

13.30 - 17.00 ~ Free time (Soak up nature with a walk, enjoy the spa: hot tub, sauna and natural pool area, or relax with a book and warm blanket; Purifying and revitalising self-care rituals: dry brushing, skin peelings, and other signature handmade skin food available to add to your bliss) + additional 1:1 holistic treatments upon request (limited spaces available)

About your hosts: 

Monika Ferenz: 

I came here via London, Wroclaw, Copenhagen and Amsterdam – journeying through an intensive career in the corporate world and the challenges of becoming an international mother, self discovery, redefining my place and path while building a family. In my work, I share the embodiment techniques which brought my being into abetter place. The things that helped me heal and held me through turbulent and difficult times. I share tools that brought me closer to my answers by finally asking the right questions. My work is about building a home within.With a background in Psychology, I have been on a path of learning, consulting, and working with various bodymind shift techniques for the past 7 years. I am a holistic wellness coach and practitioner specialising in movement and touch. I am a Vinyasa yoga teacher, Prenatal yoga teacher, facilitator (women circles, events,1:1 sessions),massage therapist, birth professional (doula),HypnoBirthing educator, and a woman in service. My passion is bringing ancient wisdom – including the knowledge of rituals and ceremonies such as the Rebozo, plus the importance of mindfulness and rest – to a like-hearted community in Hamburg and the North ofGermany. I am here to help you unravel and unwind your mind, to guide you back into your body’s wisdom. 

Cecilia Nasarre: 

I am not your instructor but your personal cheerleader, motivator, and fitness expert rolled into one! I will turn the session into a fitness party where you leave feeling empowered, energised, and ready for anything. I will be there to show you how much your bodymind can achieve with each exercise, productive mindset you and I will adapt any exercise to suit your level, making sure you stay safe while working hard. You will tap onto energy of challenging yourself while having fun. Picture this: an action-packed, group session filled with variety, high energy, and tons of motivation! Bootcamp workouts offer a wide range of benefits that go beyond what we previously understood about sport. The workout is designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and endurance. It also increases your mental toughness, boosts metabolism, reduces stress and promotes long-term health. What to expect? A bootcamp workout typically combines a variety of exercises, including bodyweight movements, strength training, cardio drills, and high-intensity interval training (HIIT).
